


We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Analytics to build, lead, and inspire our analytics function. In this pivotal role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, enhance player experiences, and optimize business performance. You will partner closely with game studios, marketing, product, and executive leadership to shape the future of our games through the power of data.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute the overall analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap for GOBLINGAMES.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts and scientists.
- Establish robust data governance, instrumentation, and reporting frameworks to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Partner with product managers and game designers to inform feature development, game economy balancing, and live-ops strategies through deep-dive analysis and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) models.
- Provide strategic insights to the executive team on market trends, player behavior, and business performance to guide long-term planning.
- Champion a data-informed culture across the entire organization.
What we expect from the candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the gaming, tech, or digital consumer products industry.
- Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams and functions.
- Deep expertise in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and statistical analysis.
- Strong experience with player behavior analysis, monetization strategies, and funnel optimization in a free-to-play (F2P) environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for games.
